With only 10 players starting the match and once again 2 defenders light, Menston had the odds stacked against them against a talented Guiseley outfit at an unfamiliar Bradford setting. Unlucky to go into the break with a 2-0 deficit in a first half without many opportunities, Menston stepped up a gear in the second period and dominated possession, playing some excellent football and forcing the Guiseley keeper into a world class save before the home side scored a late goal and took home a flattering 3-0 victory.
