Menston struggled to contain a team that seemed to have more desire to win the ball from the start. After conceding a couple of earlier goals Menston got on the score sheet with a good break from Dhugal before conceding a two further goals. A good break down the wing and cross from Harry saw Jack finish well despite laid down at the time. The second half was a bit tighter but saw Cononley put away another couple. Jack managed another goal on the break and was impressive in attack. Dhugal was also excellent to cap a good performance for his man of the match award. Menston couldn't take advantage of the spaces in behind Cononley's defence and the game finished 6-3 to Cononley.
